Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture lightens and becomes fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar. Gently fold the ingredients together.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly gooey in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it with whipped cream or ice cream.
