A delicious brownie cheesecake that combines the richness of chocolate with the creaminess of cheesecake. Perfect for parties or just a sweet treat any day!

Ingredients

- 1.5 dl sugar or sweetener
- 5 dl cream cheese
- 100 g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 0.5 dl milk
- 115 g dark chocolate
- 1 dl plain yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Grease a springform pan and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Start by making the brownie batter. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until fully melted and combined.
3. Stir the sugar (or sweetener), eggs, and milk into the melted butter-chocolate mixture. Mix well.
4. Add the all-purpose flour and stir until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the brownie batter into the bottom of the springform pan and smooth the surface.
6. Prepare the cheesecake mixture. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla sugar, yogurt, and remaining eggs until smooth.
7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and smooth the surface.
8. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set. Allow to cool before serving.
