Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a square baking pan.2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
6. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the batter. Gently mix until combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is set but the center is still slightly soft.
9. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
