Description: Delicious, fudgy brownies packed with hazelnuts and chocolate.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 2 dl sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 package (150 g) hazelnut pieces
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 200 g butter
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Chop the dark chocolate and hazelnuts.
2. Melt the butter and let it cool.
3. Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, flour, salt, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
5. Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
6. Stir in the melted butter, chopped chocolate, and hazelnuts until well combined.
7. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set and the inside is still slightly gooey.
9. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into pieces and serving. Enjoy!
