Deliciously rich chocolate brownies that are the perfect sweet treat to melt hearts! Serve them with vanilla sauce or ice cream. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate - 200 g butter
- 2½ dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- Just under 2 dl all-purpose flour
- Just under 1 dl cocoa powder
- Vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
1. Line a 20x30 cm baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, combine sugar, softened butter, and vanilla sugar. Whisk until fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
5. Stir in the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
6. Sift the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder into the mixture. Stir until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set but still moist inside.
9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
10. Serve with vanilla sauce or chocolate sauce.
