Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and egg, and stir until you have a smooth batter.
3. Incorporate the melted butter and mix well.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter.
5. Pour a suitable amount of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
6. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
7. Repeat until all the batter is used.
8. Serve the pancakes with berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
