A delicious and spooky cheesecake perfect for Halloween celebrations.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes (plus chilling time)
Serving Size: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g whipped cream
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl cream
- 1 dl blueberry puree (or any flavor you prefer)
- 2 tbsp gelatin (optional, for a firmer texture)
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and melt the butter.
2. Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter together. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
4. Fold in the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit crust and level the surface.
6. Drizzle the blueberry puree (or your chosen flavor) on top of the cheesecake and swirl lightly to create a marbled effect.
7. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
8. Remove the cheesecake from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
9. Decorate as desired before serving and enjoy!
