- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup berries (e.g., blueberries or strawberries)
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2. Add the milk and egg, and stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Incorporate the melted butter and mix well.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter to the pan.
5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and place some berries on top of the batter.
6. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
7. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.
