A delicious plant-based sushi option filled with fresh vegetables and tofu. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 rolls
Ingredients:
- Sushi rice
- Nori sheets
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Tofu
- Soy sauce
- Wasabi
- Sesame seeds
- Rice vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
Instructions:
1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
2. Mix the cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir well and let it cool.
3. Slice avocado, cucumber, and carrot into thin strips.
4. Pan-fry tofu until golden brown and cut into cubes.
5. Take a nori sheet and spread a layer of rice evenly over it.
6. Place the vegetable strips and tofu cubes on top of the rice.
7. Roll the nori tightly into a cylinder and cut into bite-sized pieces.
8. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
