Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g sushi rice - 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 avocado
- 100 g fresh salmon or tuna
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50 g seaweed (e.g., wakame)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in the water according to package instructions.2. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Once the rice is cooked, combine it with the vinegar mixture and let it cool.
3. Slice the avocado, salmon/tuna, and cucumber into strips. Chop the red cabbage.
4. Divide the cooled rice into two bowls. Top with avocado, fish, cucumber, red cabbage, and seaweed.
5. Drizzle soy sauce over the bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
