Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh tuna - 1 dl sushi rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 small carrot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and season it with rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. 2. Cut the fresh tuna into cubes and marinate it in soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
3. Peel and slice the avocado, cucumber, and carrot into thin strips.
4. Divide the cooked rice into two bowls.
5. Arrange the marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, and carrot on top of the rice.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
