Ingredients:
- 200 g raw salmon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 dl rice (cooked)
- 1 dl seaweed
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Cut the raw salmon into cubes and marinate it in soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice for about 15 minutes.
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
3. Slice the avocado and cucumber into thin pieces.
4. Once the rice is cooked, divide it into bowls.
5. Top the rice with the marinated salmon.
6. Garnish with avocado and cucumber slices, along with the seaweed.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh cilantro on top.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
