A delightful assortment of Spanish tapas perfect for sharing. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- Serrano ham - Chorizo sausage
- Duck pâté
- Gran Vallesano rosemary goat cheese
- Shrimp
- Olives
- Sharon fruit
- Pineapple cherries
- Cornichon pickles
- Walnut bread
- Seeded bread sticks
- Cinnamon chocolate almonds
- Tomato vanilla jam
- 1 finely chopped shallot
- Olive oil
- Chili
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 100ml Tio Pepe Sherry
- 100ml jam sugar
- ¼ halved vanilla pod
- 300ml of your choice (e.g., cream or yogurt)
Instructions:
1. Prepare all the tapas ingredients and arrange them beautifully on a serving platter. 2. In a bowl, mix the chopped shallot, olive oil, chili, salt, black pepper, Tio Pepe Sherry, jam sugar, and halved vanilla pod. Let the mixture sit for a moment to blend flavors.
3. Serve the tapas platter alongside the seasoning mixture.
4. Enjoy the tapas on their own or add them on top of slices of bread.
5. Garnish the platter with cinnamon chocolate almonds and other treats of your choice before serving.
