A festive Finnish platter perfect for sharing with friends. Enjoy a variety of dips and snacks for a delightful gathering. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese - 100 g cream cheese
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl frozen peas
- 1 dl fresh or frozen dill
- 1 mango
- 1-2 chilies
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 bag of chips
- 1 bag of vegetables (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers)
- 1 bag of nachos
Instructions:
1. Prepare the feta dip: In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. 2. Make the dill-pea dip: Blend peas, dill, and mayonnaise in a food processor until smooth.
3. Create the mango-chili sauce: Peel and chop the mango, then blend it with chili in a food processor until smooth.
4. Arrange a variety of chips, nachos, and vegetables on a serving platter.
5. Serve the dips in separate bowls alongside the platter.
