A delightful and sweet festive treat perfect for celebrating the arrival of spring with friends and family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 1 package of light rolls - 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 200 g berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries)
- 100 g chocolate
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., hazelnuts or walnuts)
Instructions:
1. Cut the rolls in half and lightly toast them. 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar together until well combined.
3. Add the heavy cream and stir until the mixture is smooth.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the toasted rolls.
5. Top the cream cheese with berries.
6. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and drizzle it over the berries and cream cheese.
7. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy Villi Vappu with friends!
