Ingredients:
- 200 g cold-smoked salmon
- 200 g cured salmon
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- Bread slices, for serving
Instructions:
1. Dice the cold-smoked salmon and cured salmon into small cubes.
2. Finely chop the red onion and capers.
3. In a bowl, combine the diced salmon, onion, and capers.
4. Add lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Mix all the ingredients well.
6. Spoon the salmon tartare onto slices of bread and garnish with fresh dill.
7. Serve immediately.
