Ingredients:
- 400 g organic salmon - 1 fennel bulb
- 2 dl Riesling wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Slice the fennel into thin pieces and place them in a baking dish.
3. Place the organic salmon on top of the fennel slices.
4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon.
5. Pour the Riesling wine into the baking dish.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
7. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the dish before serving.
