A delightful combination of flavors, these salmon chips make a perfect appetizer for summer celebrations or a winter pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

- 200 g cold smoked salmon
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 dl Riesling wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Rye chips or toast for serving

Instructions:

1. Start by making the Riesling mayonnaise. In a bowl, mix together the cream, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, honey, and Riesling wine. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Slice the cold smoked salmon into thin pieces.
3. Arrange the salmon slices on a serving platter.
4. Spoon the Riesling mayonnaise over the salmon chips.
5. Garnish the servings with fresh dill.
6. Serve with rye chips or toast.
