A refreshing and flavorful pasta dish made easy with fresh or canned shrimp. The Riesling sauce creates a delightful taste experience. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli) - 300 g fresh shrimp or canned shrimp
- 100 ml Riesling wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 100 ml cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve some pasta water. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
3. Pour in the Riesling wine and let it simmer for a few minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
4. Add the shrimp (peel fresh shrimp or rinse canned shrimp) and cream to the pan. Mix well and heat through.
5. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to keep the pasta moist and flavorful.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
