A refreshing and delicious crab pasta that comes together quickly with fresh or canned crab. The Riesling sauce adds wonderful flavor and brightness. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli) - 200 g fresh crab or 1 can (approx. 200 g) crab meat
- 100 ml Riesling wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 100 ml cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Pour in the Riesling wine and let it simmer for a few minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
4. Stir in the cream and lemon juice, mixing well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the crab to the sauce and heat it through quickly. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
