Ingredients:
- 500 g crab claws - 2 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.2. Add the minced garlic and sliced chili, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the Szechuan peppercorns and sauté for another 30 seconds.
4. Add the crab claws to the pan and toss well to coat them in the spices.
5. Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, mix thoroughly, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the crab is cooked through.
6. Serve immediately with fresh cilantro on top.
