Vappuherkut - Finnish Celebration Salad

Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g peas
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water until soft. Drain and let cool.
2. Cut the cooled potatoes and carrots into cubes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, and peas.
4. Add the mayonnaise and whipped cream, and mix well.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and garnish with fresh dill.
7. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
