Ingredients:
- 4 tortillas- 200 g chorizo
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Slice the chorizo into rounds and fry in a hot pan until golden brown.2. Cut the bell peppers into strips and add them to the pan with the chorizo. Cook for a few minutes until the peppers soften.
3. Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
5. Spread the mashed avocado on each warm tortilla, top with the chorizo and pepper mixture, and finish with sour cream.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
