Ingredients:

- 200 g Västerbotten cheese, grated
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter for greasing the pan

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Grease a pie dish with butter.
3. In a bowl, mix the grated Västerbotten cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream until smooth.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined. If desired, add the chopped parsley.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and set.
9. Allow to cool at room temperature, then transfer to the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
