Ingredients
- White marzipan - Food coloring (2 colors)
- Basic cake base (see link for instructions)
- Filling: 1 batch of blue and white filling
- Soaking syrup: pineapple juice
- For the edges: 2 packs of Flora
Instructions
1. Prepare the basic cake base according to the instructions and allow it to cool. 2. Make the blue and white filling and let it cool.
3. Cut the cooled cake base into three layers.
4. Soak each layer with pineapple juice.
5. Spread the blue and white filling between the layers.
6. Cover the entire cake with white marzipan.
7. Color the marzipan with food coloring as desired and decorate the cake.
8. Use Flora on the edges of the cake for a beautiful finish.
