Delicious Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (such as spaghetti)
- 100 g bacon or guanciale
- 2 eggs
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
2. Cut the bacon or guanciale into small pieces and fry them in a pan until golden brown.
3. Mince the garlic and add it to the pan with the bacon during the last few minutes of cooking.
4. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
6. Add the pasta to the pan with the bacon and garlic. Toss well to combine.
7. Remove the pan from heat, add the egg mixture, and stir quickly. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to create a creamy sauce.
8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
