A delicious and hearty spaghetti dish featuring spicy siskonmakkara sausages, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh parsley.

Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 siskonmakkara sausages
- A handful of fresh parsley (chopped)
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
3. Squeeze the siskonmakkara sausages into the pan and cook for a few minutes until browned.
4. Add the chopped parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic to the pan. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. Drain the spaghetti and mix it with the ingredients in the pan.
6. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste, then serve hot.
