A refreshing and healthy smoothie perfect for a mid-afternoon boost. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 100 ml strong green tea (chilled)
- 1 banana
- 100 ml Spanish mandarin or other fruit
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 100 ml ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Brew strong green tea and let it cool.
2. Peel and chop the banana.
3. Place all ingredients in a blender.
4. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth.
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately as a refreshing afternoon drink.
