A creamy and nutritious smoothie packed with flavor, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 dl almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice if you prefer a colder consistency, and blend again.
4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
