A quick and delicious macaroni casserole that is easy to prepare and perfect for a family meal. Preparation Time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g ground beef - 1 onion
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 dl beef broth
- 250 g rocket spaghetti
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter
- 100 g grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion. Brown the ground beef in a large deep skillet, then add the onions. Cook until the onions soften. Season the mixture with oregano, salt, and black pepper. 2. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and add it along with the beef broth. Simmer while stirring for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the uncooked rocket spaghetti.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or individual ramekins. Combine the breadcrumbs, butter, and grated cheese into a smooth mixture and sprinkle it over the top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes. Allow to rest for a moment before serving.
