A delicious and quick pasta carbonara that takes only 20 minutes to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner! Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti - 150 g bacon or pancetta, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. 2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy.
3. Add the minced garlic to the bacon and sauté for another minute.
4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve a bit of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the bacon.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Toss quickly so the eggs cook with the residual heat.
7. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water until the mixture is creamy.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
