Kantarelli Vegetable Rolls

A delicious and savory dish made with chanterelles and vegetables, perfect for a cozy meal. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 6 dl milk
- 2 carrots
- 2 dl grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 0.5 l chanterelles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 dl frozen spinach
- 6 eggs
- 5 dl cooking cream (7% fat)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Mix the nutmeg, all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
2. Peel and grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, and sauté them in butter in a pan. Add the chanterelles and frozen spinach, and mix well.
3. Pour the vegetable mixture onto a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the vegetable mixture.
5. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving, then cut into rolls. Serve warm.
