Delicious cake pops perfect for birthdays or celebrations. These cake pops consist of chocolate and vanilla cake balls coated in white chocolate.
Preparation Time: 1 hour + chilling time
Serving Size: About 20 cake pops

Ingredients:

- 200 g chocolate cake
- 200 g vanilla cake
- 300 g white chocolate
- Food coloring (powdered)
- Cake pop sticks
- Decorations (e.g., sprinkles)

Instructions:

1. Crumble the chocolate cake and vanilla cake into a bowl.
2. Mix the cake crumbs together until the mixture is smooth.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes.
4. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
5. Dip the cake pop sticks into the melted white chocolate and insert them into the cake balls.
6. Transfer the cake pops to the freezer briefly to help them set better.
7. If desired, color the white chocolate with powdered food coloring.
8. Dip the cake pops completely into the melted white chocolate.
9. Place the cake pops on a cool surface, like a marble slab in the fridge, to set.
10. Decorate the cake pops immediately after coating with your desired toppings.
11. Store the finished cake pops in the fridge for the coating to set quickly.
