Delicious cake pops that are easy to make using a silicone mold or cake crumbs and frosting! Perfect treat for parties or a sweet snack.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 cake pops
Ingredients:
- 200 g cake (e.g., chocolate or vanilla cake)
- 100 g buttercream (e.g., chocolate or vanilla frosting)
- 200 g melted chocolate (for coating)
- 12 sticks (e.g., wooden sticks)
- Sprinkles or other decorations
Instructions:
1. Bake the cake and allow it to cool completely.
2. Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl.
3. Add the buttercream to the cake crumbs and mix until smooth.
4. Shape the mixture into balls and place them in a silicone mold.
5. Bake the cake pops for 15-20 minutes at 175°C (350°F) or until cooked through.
6. Allow the cake pops to cool completely before removing them from the mold.
7. Melt the chocolate and dip the cooled cake pops into it.
8. Decorate as desired with sprinkles and let the chocolate set.
