Delicious and rich strawberry chocolate pastries, perfect for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

Base:
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 10.5 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 5.5 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 5.5 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
Filling:
- 6 cups heavy cream
- 3.5 ounces honey
- 7 ounces strawberries, mashed
- 0.7 ounces gelatin powder
- 6 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Prepare the base: In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and baking soda).
2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and milk. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients.
3. Stir in the melted butter until smooth. Add the chopped chocolates and walnuts. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into desired shapes.
5. Prepare the filling: Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Soak the gelatin in water.
6. Heat the mashed strawberries and stir in the honey until melted. Add the gelatin and mix well.
7. Pour the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream and fold gently.
8. Fill the pastry bases with the cream mixture and let set in the refrigerator.
9. Decorate with pink chocolate hearts before serving.
