A delicious paksoi stir-fry combining tender vegetables and flavorful spices, creating a quick and nutritious meal. Preparation time is only 20 minutes and serves about 2 people.Ingredients:
- 200 g paksoi
- 150 g broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp oil (e.g., sesame oil)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the paksoi and broccoli. Cut the paksoi into 5 cm pieces and the broccoli into small florets.
2. Peel and slice the red onion and garlic cloves.
3. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
4. Add the red onion and garlic to the pan, sauté for about 2 minutes.
5. Add the broccoli and paksoi to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened but still crunchy.
6. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and chili powder to the pan. Mix well and cook for another minute.
7. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
