A delicious chicken soup packed with flavor and nutritious ingredients. The pak choi adds a nice crunch and color!

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 400 g boneless chicken strips
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 liter water
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 2 packs whole grain noodles
- 1 pak choi

Instructions:

1. Chop the onion and add it to a pot with the chicken strips.
2. Cook the mixture in the pot until the chicken strips are fully cooked.
3. Add the paprika, curry powder, sea salt, and water. Mix well.
4. Break the whole grain noodles into the soup and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Slice the pak choi and add it to the soup. Add the base part of the pak choi about 1-2 minutes before removing the pot from the heat.
6. Stir in the leafy part of the pak choi, mix, and taste.
7. Enjoy your delicious chicken soup!
