A delightful and moist chocolate banana cake, perfect for afternoon coffee or breakfast. This recipe is easy to make with kids.Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas- 100 g butter (or margarine)
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (no convection).2. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork.
3. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla sugar, and milk into the mixture.
6. Combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Sift them into the batter and mix until smooth.
7. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
8. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.
9. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the cake is cooked through. Check doneness with a toothpick.
10. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
