A delicious and spicy turkey dish perfect for a weeknight dinner. The garam masala adds warmth and flavor, and it's easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

- 300 – 400 g boneless turkey
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ - 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 cup cooking cream or yogurt
- A few celery stalks (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
3. Add the turkey pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
4. Stir in the garam masala, ensuring the spices coat the turkey well.
5. Pour in the cooking cream or yogurt and mix. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. If desired, chop the celery stalks and add them to the dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve your dish with rice or naan bread.
