Aromatic spice blend that adds warmth and flavor to dishes. This recipe is easy to make at home and is especially suitable for Indian cuisine.

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- ½ whole nutmeg, grated
- 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed
- 2 teaspoons cardamom
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns

Instructions:

1. Measure all the spices into a bowl.
2. Grind the spices into a fine powder using a spice grinder or food processor.
3. Transfer the finished garam masala into an airtight container and store in a dry place.
