Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden brown. Brush the chicken with the marinade while grilling.
5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.
