Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa - 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup finely chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, grated carrot, chopped zucchini, onion, and garlic.2. Add the breadcrumbs and herbs to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
