A delicious Hawaiian chicken dish that's easy to make in the oven. Pineapple juice and ginger give this meal its special flavor. Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 100 g tomato paste
- 600 g chicken thighs
- 2 green onion stalks
Instructions:
1. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.2. In a small pot, combine the pineapple juice, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Mix well and heat until boiling.
3. Add the ginger and garlic to the sauce. Let it simmer for five minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
7. Increase the temperature to 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit) and remove the dish from the oven. Brush the sauce onto the chicken using a pastry brush, and bake for an additional five minutes.
8. Chop the green onion stalks and sprinkle them on top before serving.
9. Serve Huli Huli chicken with rice.
