Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Tortillas (4-6 pieces)
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until it is cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Slice the bell peppers and onion. Add them to the skillet with the chicken and sauté for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave.
5. Fill the tortillas with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Optionally, add fresh cilantro and lime juice.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
