Ingredients:
- 500 g flank steak
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper (preferably red or green)
- 1 onion
- 4 tortillas
Guacamole:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tomato
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate the flank steak with fajita seasoning and olive oil. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. Slice the bell pepper and onion into strips.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill the flank steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until medium-rare. Allow the meat to rest for a moment.
4. In the same pan, sauté the bell pepper and onion until they are soft.
5. Prepare the guacamole: Mash the avocados in a bowl, then add the chopped tomato, lime juice, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Slice the grilled meat and serve it with tortillas. Top with sautéed bell pepper and onion, and add guacamole on top.
