Ingredients:
- 800 g flank steak
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Foil for resting
Herb Oil:
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, thyme)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Take the flank steak out to room temperature about 20 minutes before grilling.
2. Preheat the grill to high heat.
3. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Grill the flank steak for about 6 minutes on each side, until it reaches medium doneness.
5. Remove the meat from the grill and wrap it in foil. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
6. Prepare the herb oil by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
7. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain and serve with the herb oil.
