Ingredients:
- Flank steak
- Dry rub seasoning (e.g., salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder)
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Take the flank steak out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
2. Rub the dry rub seasoning evenly on both sides of the flank steak.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil and lemon juice. You can also add a bit of the dry rub seasoning to this mixture.
4. Brush the flank steak with the olive oil mixture.
5. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium heat.
6. Grill the flank steak for about 4-6 minutes per side, until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
7. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
8. Slice the steak thinly against the grain and garnish with fresh parsley.
9. Serve with your choice of side dishes.
