Description: A flavorful and tender flank steak marinated in whiskey and herbs, perfect for grilling.

Ingredients:
- 800 g flank steak
- 100 ml whiskey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the whiskey, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
2. Place the flank steak in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat.
3. Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
5. Grill the flank steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
6. Allow the meat to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
7. Slice the steak thinly and serve with grilled vegetables or your choice of sides.
