Ingredients:
- 1 kg flank steak
- 2 dl tomato juice
- 1 dl vodka
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt, black pepper, celery salt, garlic powder, chopped celery, and chopped parsley to create the marinade.
2. Place the flank steak in the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
4. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the meat reaches your desired doneness.
5. Once cooked, take the steak off the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
6. Slice the steak thinly against the grain and serve immediately.
