A tender and flavorful flank steak glazed with smoky apple BBQ sauce, perfect for a summer barbecue. Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- Flank steak
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Poppamies "Smoky Apple BBQ glaze" (or your preferred glaze)
Instructions:
1. Remove the flank steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
2. Preheat the grill to high heat.
3. Season both sides of the flank steak generously with salt and black pepper.
4. Grill the steak over direct heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Brush the Poppamies "Smoky Apple BBQ glaze" evenly over the surface of the meat.
6. Wrap the flank steak in aluminum foil and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes.
7. Slice the meat thinly against the grain and serve.
